Billions of dollars have been invested into the social development sector through grants, subsidies, CSR programs, and recently, impact investment. In spite of this, many projects, programs and enterprises fail to reach the intended target groups in the desired numbers. And, even when they do, there seems to be an essential need to move away from a beneficiary approach to a consumer-centric one for long-term sustainability. There is also a growing realisation that partnerships’ involving corporate and government is crucial to connect the base of the pyramid with mainstream economy on a scale that ensures widespread impact. However, working in silos compounded by low bandwidth, lack of know-how and/or technology, has limited access to the right resources and partners for effective collaboration on the world’s most pressing development issues.

Idobro seeks to “multiply opportunities and partnerships for women, social and green initiatives to access markets, build capacity, create linkages and deliver solutions for socio-environomic impact”.
Idobro provides research, linkages, mobilization, stakeholder relations, project implementation and evaluation based on the objectives and stage of maturity of the initiatives / enterprise. Our programs include:

Idobro has member enterprises and associates from corporate, government and development sector across India. Our enterprise network offers a wide range of products (handicrafts, home décor, apparel, accessories, food etc) and services (water filtration plants, e-waste management, recycling, ecology solutions, climaprinting and more).
Along with revenue generation, our members have benefited in multiple ways – selected for funding and mentoring in international programs and national forums, invited to awards, conferences and workshops and provided visibility in mainstream media.
Idobro provides end-to-end solutions for messaging, market access and resources through diverse media channels (e-commerce, events, catalogues, PR) and comprehensive marketing services (communication and promotion, market research, events, design, sales and distribution).
Idobro has organized over 400 event days at corporate houses and has been associated with projects such as Maha Infra Summit 2013, Evaluation Conclave 2013, IMPACT EXPO 2012, USAID MBPH – Health Confluence 2012, Innovation for India Awards 2012, SEARCC 2011 Asia Pacific Conference, World Bank – IFC India Development Marketplace 2011, Marico Innovation Foundation workshops, International Poverty Conference 2011, Intellecap – Sankalp and Srijan Forums and IRFT – Pro-Sustain Launch in India. We work with leading institutes – international and national for events, interns and volunteers.
